Keeping up with Us

Life can change so quickly. Don't ever think for one minute that 'it can't happen to me'. This Thanksgiving evening we are in prayer for my great aunt, her son, and their family. My second cousin fell last night and suffered a terrible injury. After emergency surgery, he is on a breathing machine and the outlook is not good. It's been a very difficult year for them, in many aspects of life. It's been a very difficult year for many of our family members...ourselves included...but tragic accidents like these bring everything into perspective.

Never take your family for granted. Tell them each day you love them and thank God for all you have.
