Customer complaints

In today's society companies have made it easier than ever to let them know when you are not totally satisfied. Where this is good is when someone has been really rude, please realize what your complaint could do to the employee. There are companies that do not care about circumstances, if there is a complaint the employee, if not absolutely perfect, WILL come under disciplinary action and possibly even fired. Please be sure before you complain to anyone other than the employee that you really want to effect the career of another person for a long time or even make that person unable to support their family. The best route would even be if you are not happy with someone let them know and at least give them the chance to make it right. Remember that, just like you, everyone has a bad day sometimes and sometimes don't mean to come across the way they do.

Also make sure that when you have a positive experience or if you are consistently happy with someone you can use the same complaint system to officially file a compliment. Remember that a history of consistent positive feed back could save someones job.

Some people are just like that...very quick to complain but never compliment. Then, there are also people who expect everyone to be forgiving of them when they have a bad day, but seem to forget that sometimes other people have a bad day, too!

*sigh*
